P. v. McPherson
Appellant, Justin Max McPherson, pled no contest to receiving stolen property. On February 20, 2008, the court suspended execution of sentence and placed McPherson on probation for three years on condition he serve one year in local custody. On appeal, McPherson contends the court abused its discretion in ordering him to pay $4,196 in victim restitution. Court affirm.
