Sony BMG Music Entertainment v. Super. Ct.
The trial court erred in denying defendants Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Sony) and Peter Gibergas (Giberga) motion to stay the court action pending conclusion of the arbitration proceeding. Accordingly, the petition is granted. Court affirmed.
