P. v. Tobias
Brian Leigh Tobias appeals the judgment entered following his conviction by jury of two counts of attempted murder of a peace officer in which Tobias personally discharged a firearm. (Pen. Code, 664, subd. (e)/187, 12022.53, subd. (c).) The trial court sentenced Tobias to 40 years in state prison plus two life terms.
