P. v. Ramirez
After the court denied the suppression motion filed by defendant Guillermo Guzman Ramirez, a jury found him guilty of possessing methamphetamine for sale. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed him on five years probation. Defendant appeals, contending the court erred in denying his suppression motion.
