In re B.D.
L.D. (father) appeals orders of the juvenile court denying his modification petition pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 388[1]and terminating his parental rights pursuant to section 366.26. N.M. (mother) appeals the denial of fathers section 388 petition, in which she joined, and the termination of her parental rights pursuant to section 366.26.
For the reasons discussed below, Court perceive no error in the trial courts rulings. The orders are affirmed.
