P. v. Denman
On February 7, 2006, appellant pled guilty to one count of corporal injury to a spouse, cohabitant or childs parent. (Pen. Code, 273.5, subd. (a).) Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was placed on formal probation for five years on certain terms and conditions. He was given credit for time served, a total of 143 days. Pursuant to the negotiated plea, one count of making a criminal threat (Pen. Code, 422) and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon (Pen. Code, 245, subd. (a)(1)) were dismissed. The order appealed from is affirmed.
