StonecrestSquareAutoCenter v. Equilon Enterprises
Stonecrest Square Auto Center, LLC (Stonecrest) appeals a judgment denying it declaratory relief. Stonecrest contends the trial court erred in determining Equilon Enterprises, LLC, dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) lawfully and reasonably withheld consent to the proposed assignment of Stonecrest's Shell franchise to a third party.
