P. v. Washington
Richard Washington was sentenced to state prison following the revocation of probation that had been ordered after an earlier conviction for assault with a deadly weapon. On appeal Washington contends the trial court erred by twice imposing a restitution fine and by failing to order a supplemental probation report prior to sentencing. Court affirm.
