P. v. Lujan
In an information filed on July 9, 2007, Michal Lujan, appellant, was charged with theft (count 1, Pen. Code 484e, subd. (d).)[1] It was further alleged that appellant had suffered two prior juvenile adjudications that qualified as strikes under sections 667, subdivisions (b) through (i) and 1170.12, subdivisions (a) through (d) and that he had served one prior prison term within the meaning of section 667.5, subdivision (b).
Appellant filed a timely notice of appeal from the denial of his motion to suppress.
