P. v. Cervantes
Javier Hernandez Cervantes was convicted by jury of criminal threats (Pen. On count 2, it imposed a concurrent sentence of 162 days in county jail. Appellant contends that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction of making a criminal threat, and that the trial court erred by refusing to give a self defense instruction and by admitting evidence of his five prior convictions. Court affirm.
