In re Juan T.
Juan T., Jr., born April 2006, is the son of N.P. and Juan T., Sr.[2] In June the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (Agency) filed a petition alleging Juan was at substantial risk of serious physical harm due to a history of violent confrontations between his parents and their inability to reunify with Juan's older siblings during an 18-month reunification period. ( 300, subd. (b).) The court sustained the allegations, removed Juan from parental custody and ordered a plan of reunification services. In the earlier case, In re Juan T. (May 9, 2007, D049850 [nonpub. opn.]), this court affirmed the jurisdictional and dispositional orders of the trial court and detailed the facts to the date of the disposition hearing. The orders are affirmed.
