P. v. Parsons
Joseph Parsons appeals from a judgment entered following his no contest plea to two counts of possession of methamphetamine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, 11378) and two prior convictions for sale of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, 11370.2, subd. (c)). He was sentenced to prison for an aggregate term of nine years eight months. He contends the court erred in admitting certain evidence, and without this evidence the prosecution did not meet its burden of justifying the warrantless search of appellant. Court disagree and affirm.
