P. v. Fowler
On appeal, defendant contends (1) the court erred in admitting the recorded interview of one of the victims; (2) the court erred in denying his motion for a new trial because the court applied the wrong legal standard; (3) substantial evidence does not support his conviction under section 288, subdivision (a); and (4) the court erred, under section 654, in sentencing him consecutively on the indecent exposure and rape counts. Finding no error, Court affirm the judgment.
