P. v. Hickman
Following a hearing defendant was found in violation of his probation, his probation was revoked, and the trial court imposed a sentence of four years in state prison. In this appeal he argues that the evidence fails to support the finding of a probation violation. Court find that substantial evidence of a probation violation was presented, and affirm the judgment.
