P. v. Lopez
After denial of her motion to suppress evidence pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5, Leticia Lopez (defendant) pleaded no contest to the crime of possession for sale of a controlled substance in violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378. In accordance with defendants plea agreement, imposition of sentence was suspended and defendant was placed on formal probation for a period of three years. Defendant appeals on the ground that the trial court erroneously denied her motion to suppress.
