In re Jose Q.
Defendant Jose Q. appeals from an order of the juvenile court committing him to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Juvenile Facilities (DJF). Jose contends the juvenile court abused its discretion in committing him to the DJF because there was insufficient evidence that he would probably benefit from the commitment. Court conclude that Joses argument is without merit, and Court affirm.
