P. v. Prasad
Anmol Prasad was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, subdivision (a). In his appeal he raises claims of prosecutorial misconduct and ineffective assistance of trial counsel. As discussed below, Court conclude there was no prejudicial error and affirm.
