In re Gabriella P.
Summer P. (mother) and Miguel P. (father) appeal from an order terminating their parental rights as to their daughter Gabriella. Mother contends (1) the juvenile court erred when it denied her Welfare and Institutions Code section 388[1]petition based on changed circumstances, (2) the court erred when it chose adoption rather than guardianship as the permanent plan, and (3) the court erred when it declined to find applicable the exception to termination that is set forth in section 366.26, subdivision (c)(1)(B)(v). Father contends that if the order terminating mothers rights is reversed, then the order terminating his rights should be reversed too. Court reject mothers arguments and therefore affirm the termination order as to mother and father.
