P. v. Dixon
Defendant Herman Jay Dixon timely appealed from his conviction for first degree murder. The jury found the firearm allegations to be true, and the court found the prior conviction allegations to be true. The court sentenced defendant to 80 years to life. Defendant contends the prosecutor engaged in racial discrimination during voir dire and the court erroneously admitted hearsay evidence over his objection. Court affirm as modified to correct some errors in the courts sentencing minute order and abstract of judgment.
