P. v. Williams
Defendant Eurcle Lamon Williams was charged with possessing methamphetamine for sale (count I), transporting methamphetamine (count II), having one prior serious felony conviction and three prior drug-related convictions, and having served ten prison terms. After his motion to suppress evidence was denied, defendant entered a negotiated plea of guilty to count I and admitted the prior serious felony conviction allegation. Pursuant to the plea agreement, he was sentenced to six years in state prison and was ordered to pay various fines and fees. On appeal, defendant contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. Court disagree and affirm the judgment.
