P. v. Scott
On appeal, defendant contends her trial lawyer rendered ineffective assistance of counsel by failing to renew her suppression motion before the trial court after it was denied at the preliminary hearing. Because the suppression motion was properly denied, defendant was not denied effective assistance of counsel. Accordingly, Court affirm the conviction.
