P. v. Vorbach
This case comes to us pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 (Wende). The judgment is affirmed. The trial court is directed to clarify, on the record, its calculation of the criminal laboratory analysis fee. The court shall prepare an amended abstract of judgment as directed in this opinion and forward a certified copy of the amended abstract to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
