P. v. Hicks
Defendant Curtis Lee Hicks, Sr., was charged with three counts of burglary and six counts of receiving stolen property. A jury found him guilty of two counts of burglary and five counts of receiving stolen property. He argues there was insufficient evidence to support the jurys finding that he was guilty of first degree burglary of Mark Kerstienss residence.
Court disagree. Finding substantial evidence supporting the jury verdict, Court affirm the judgment.
