THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 15, 2008, be modified as follows:
1. Exhibit A referred to on page 2 of the opinion was not attached. We do so with this modification.
2. On page 8, line one, after the citation Bates v. Campbell(1931) 213 Cal.438, 441, add the following citation:
";Mann v. Quality Old Time Service, Inc. 120 Cal.App.4th 90, 106-107 [torts of trade libel per se and slander per se require no showing of special damages].)"
There is no change in the judgment.
