It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 23, 2009, be modified as follows:
Under the heading Disposition on pages 55 and 56, the second sentence beginning The modification will result is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:
The modification will result in a reduced award totaling $7,578,071 ($2,062,901 in lost packing charges + $691,170 in rehandling charges + $4,824,000 in lost assets).
This modification changes the judgment.
