Description A criminal law decision regarding unlawfully driving or taking a vehicle without the owner's consent with the intent to deprive the owner of title and possession and unlawfully receiving a stolen motor vehicle with the knowledge that it had been stolen, driving without a license, possession of marijuana while driving and drug paraphernalia and not having car insurance.
