THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on January 5, 2011, be modified as follows:
1. On page 1, the first full paragraph is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted in its place:
Leslie Stout appeals from judgment after conviction by jury for assault on a peace officer with personal infliction of great bodily injury (Pen. Code, §§ 245, subd. (c), 12022.7, subd. (a)),^[1] resisting a peace officer and causing serious bodily injury (§ 148.10), resisting an executive officer with personal infliction of great bodily injury (§§ 69, 12022.7, subd. (a)), and resisting an executive officer (§ 69). He was acquitted of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs (Veh. Code, § 23152, subd. (a)). The court sentenced appellant to seven years in state prison. The court did not impose a court security fee pursuant to section 1465.8, subdivision (a)(1).
There is no change in the judgment.
Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
