In separate cases (INF - 49630, INF - 050334, and INF - 050687), filed between January 20, 2005 and May 10, 2005, the defendant, represented by counsel, admitted to


various violations of law and was placed on probation.


On August 5, 2005, in case number INF - 050687, the District Attorney of Riverside County filed a â€





Description A decision regarding probation violation hearing, probation was revoked and the defendant was committed to state prison for six years less custody credits.Defendant appealed, and upon his request this court appointed counsel to represent him. Counsel has filed a brief under the authority of People v. Wende.
