The opinion filed in this case on November 4, 2009, is hereby modified
as follows:
1. At the end of the first full paragraph on page 14, delete the sentence reading: As an aside, we note defendant cites no authority for the proposition that this court is required to provide him with a redacted version of the transcript that eliminates all references to the confidential informant.
This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
