Appellant, V.B., appeals from the juvenile court's order denying his petition pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 388 to modify the court's prior orders terminating his reunification services.[1] The court terminated appellant's parental rights to his children pursuant to section 366.26.




Description Frederick Rannel Bolden appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial that resulted in his conviction of conspiracy to commit robbery (Pen. Code, §§ 182, subd. (a)(1), 211, 212, 212.5, subd. (a))[1], street terrorism (§ 186.22, subd. (a)), evading a police officer (Veh. Code, § 2800.2), and unlawful taking of a vehicle. (Veh. Code, § 10851, subd. (a).) The jury acquitted him of a charge of receiving stolen property under Penal Code section 496, subdivision (a). With the exception of the street terrorism count, all counts were enhanced under section 186.22, subdivision (b)(1)(A) as crimes committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang, and Bolden admitted he had two prior â€
