The opinion filed in this matter on September 6, 2006, is modified as follows:
1. On page 1, in the case title, the words SAN BERNARDINO are deleted and replaced with the word RIVERSIDE.
2. On page 1, in the first line of the first paragraph, the words San Bernardino are deleted and replaced with the word Riverside.
Except for this modification, the opinion remains unchanged. This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
