BY THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 28, 2008, be modified as follows:
1. On page 6, the first two sentences of the first full paragraph are deleted and the following is substituted:
In mid-January 2007, the agency subpoenaed Grace Homes to produce documents pertaining to therapeutic services provided to appellant.
2. On page 6, the last sentence in the third full paragraph is deleted and the following is substituted:
The court overruled the objection and acknowledged a continuing relevancy objection, which it also overruled.
3. On page 7, the second sentence in the second full paragraph is deleted and the following is substituted:
According to her records, appellant properly medicated D.D. during the visit of November 17 through November 21, 2006, and during the visits in February 2007.
Except for the modifications set forth, the opinion previously filed remains unchanged.
This modification does not change the judgment.
The petition for rehearing is denied.
