as follows:
1. On page 1, lines 1 and 2 under the
caption, delete: “Valerie L. Skeba,
Juvenile Court Referee” and add in its place:

Judge.
2. On page 9, at the end of the first full
paragraph, insert the following as a footnote 5 after the words “custody
litigation” and before the parenthetical:
Recognizing that the juvenile court
proceedings are not static in time, and the focus is always the best
interests of the children, in conducting a new dispositional hearing, the trial
court should consider any pertinent evidence as to the current status of the
children and developments affecting their welfare since the original
dispositional hearing was held.
Appellant’s
request for judicial notice filed July
9, 2012 is denied.
There is no
change in judgment.
