THE COURT:



It is ordered that the opinion
filed herein on July 11, 2012,
be modified as follows:



1. On
page 13, second sentence of the last full paragraph, the word “dependant” is
changed to “dependent” in two places so the sentence reads:

A “minor is a dependent if the
actions of either parent bring [him or] her within one of the statutory
definitions of a dependent.”



2. On page
15, second full paragraph, second sentence, the word “wardship” is changed to
“dependency” so the sentence reads:

Thus, any orders that were issued
needed to remain faithful to the essential purpose of the dependency; mother’s
drug issues and any apparent dangers to the children resulting from them.



3. On
page 15, first sentence of the last paragraph, the word “wardship” is changed
to “dependency” so the sentence reads:

The propriety of the orders
against father must be evaluated in light of the fact that the children’s
dependency was not brought about by reason of any of his conduct.



There is no
change in the judgment.
