following respect:

On page 10, first
line of the Disposition should be changed to read as follows:

“The order of the
Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board denying the petition for reconsideration is
annulled and the matter is remanded to the Board with directions to grant
reconsideration consistent with this opinion.”

This modification
effects a change in the judgment.
