Plaintiff David Greenstein appeals from the order granting the motion of defendant A.R.G. Corporation (A.R.G.) for summary judgment on Greenstein's complaint for disability discrimination[1] and from the judgment on A.R.G.'s cross-complaint awarding A.R.G. compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorneys' fees after a bench trial. We affirm the judgment.

I. Factual Background and Pretrial Proceedings
In February 2001, Greenstein had coronary bypass surgery because of artery blockage, and in 2001 and 2002, he had angioplasty procedures. Since February 2001, Greenstein has suffered from occasional bouts of angina, which can cause him to double over or fall to the ground in pain. As a result, Greenstein was proscribed nitroglycerin pills to be taken as needed, when he has a bout of angina.
