On page 15, the first full paragraph (beginning There are two) and the second full paragraph (beginning Second, the health and safety defense) are deleted and replaced with the following paragraph:



The evidence, as recited at pages 67 & 20 herein, was sufficient to establish the elements of the health and safety defense as set forth in the jury instructions.



There is no change in the judgment.



Appellants petition for rehearing is denied.
