It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 31, 2008, be modified in the following particular:
On page 6, delete the quotation to Insurance Code section 11660 commencing on line 6 and ending on line 7 and replace it with the following:
Failure to observe the requirements of Sections 11657 and 11659 shall render a policy issued under Section 11657, and not complying therewith, unlimited
There is no change in the judgment.
