In conservatorship proceedings under the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act (the LPS Act) (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 5000 et seq.), the trial court found appellant, J.D., to be “gravely disabled” due to a mental disorder, whereupon the court granted the petition to continue appellant’s conservatorship and reappoint respondent Tulare County Public Guardian (respondent or county) as the conservator of appellant’s person.
