P. v. Alvarado CA5
Appellant Noel Alvarado pled no contest to two counts of attempted murder (counts 1 & 2/Pen. Code, §§ 664, 187, subd. (a)) and admitted a personal discharge of a firearm enhancement (§ 12022.53, subd. (c)) in count 1 and a personal arming enhancement in count 2 (§ 12022.5, subd. (a)).
On appeal, Alvarado contends the record does not support the court’s order that he register as a gang member. We affirm.
