Dallah v. Konopacki
This appeal and cross-appeal arise from a dispute concerning the construction of a self-service carwash facility. Chibueze Dallah and Sharon Dallah (collectively “Owners”), sued Edward Konopacki (Contractor), who was doing business as EK Construction Co., for (1) breach of contract, (2) breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, (3) indemnity, and (4) declaratory relief.
