P. v. Jackson
Appointed counsel for defendant Claude Jones Jackson has filed an opening brief that sets forth the facts of the case and asks this court to review the record and determine whether there are any arguable issues on appeal. ("People v. Wende(1979) 25 Cal.3d 436" People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) Defendant filed a supplemental brief contending his right to a speedy trial was violated and complaining about his conditions of confinement. We address these issues, in addition to undertaking a review of the record as required by Wende, and affirm the judgment.
