Rucker v. City of Hayward
Harold J. Rucker sued the City of Hayward, and its employees Stacy Sorensen, Jill Hadden, and Toshikazu Yoshihata, alleging defendants unlawfully and maliciously removed a shrub from property on which he resided. The trial court sustained the demurrer without leave to amend and entered a judgment of dismissal. We affirm.
