P. v. Miller
Appellant Darryl La Juan Miller appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of making a criminal threat in violation of Penal Code section 422.[1] Appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to satisfy four of the five elements of that offense. We conclude the record contains sufficient evidence for a jury to find each of the elements proven beyond a reasonable doubt. We affirm.
