P. v. McNabb
Jimmy McNabb, III, appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial which resulted in his conviction of second degree commercial burglary (Pen. Code, § 459)[1] and petty theft (§ 484, subd. (a)) and his admission that he previously had been convicted of the serious and violent felony of robbery (§ 211) within the meaning of the Three Strikes law (§§ 667, subds. (b)-(i), 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d)). The trial court sentenced McNabb to 32 months in prison. We affirm.
