P. v. Young
Dameond Keshon Young was convicted of two counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211).[1] The jury also found true the allegation in count 1 that he personally used a firearm within the meaning of section 12022.53, subdivision (b). With all applicable enhancements, Young was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
Young's only argument on appeal is that the personal use of a firearm enhancement was not supported by substantial evidence. We disagree and will affirm the judgment.
