P. v. Sandoval
Defendant Julian Sandoval appeals from the denial of his motion to suppress pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5[1] following his guilty pleas to numerous sexual offenses with V., a child under 14. He argues that all police observations of V., her statements to police, defendant's statements to police, and physical evidence found in his room must be suppressed as the fruit of unlawful police searches and seizures.
