P. v. Smith
Appellant Charles Anthony Smith was convicted by a jury of one count of misdemeanor assault and five counts of sexual battery by restraint. The court found that appellant had been previously convicted of two serious or violent felonies but struck one for purposes of sentencing. Appellant was sentenced to 32 years imprisonment and was assessed various fines and fees. Court affirm the conviction.
