P. v. Talley
Allen Tremel Talley appeals from the judgment entered following his conviction by a jury on one count of robbery with a true finding on the special allegation he had personally used a gun in committing the robbery. Talley contends the trial court erred in denying his Wheeler[1] motions alleging the prosecutor had discriminated against African Americans in exercising peremptory challenges during jury selection. Court affirm.
