P. v. Islas
Defendant and appellant, Nestor Manuel Islas, appeals the judgment entered following his conviction, by jury trial, for first degree murder and second degree murder, with gang and firearm use enhancements (Pen. Code, 187, 186.22, subd. (b), 12022.53).[1] He was sentenced to state prison for a term of 90 years to life. The judgment is affirmed.
